Genna’s yoga journey began more than a decade ago, she discovered that yoga offered more than just a moment of reflection—it is lifestyle. Through mindful movement and breath, she found a way to release tension and reconnect with herself.

After stepping away to heal from an injury that later became a source of chronic pain, Genna slowly returned to her mat with a renewed sense of awareness. She started to really listen to her body, honoring its limits and wisdom. This shift reshaped her practice from the inside out. Genna believes yoga is more than just movement. It's a practice of presence, compassion, breath, and conscious action.

Genna understands that the embodiment of yoga is unique for every individual. As we evolve, so does our practice. She is devoted to creating inclusive, nurturing spaces where each person can explore their yoga practice in a way that feels authentic to them. Her intention is to offer a warm, peaceful environment where students feel supported, empowered, and inspired; both on and off the mat.
